Youth Ministry

Trusting God, Loving Others, Making Disciples

Here at CBC we love our teens, we love fun, and we love to see teens grow spiritually.

We strive to create a comfortable place for teens to encounter God. Bible study, games, and fellowship are some of the ways that we encourage students to grow in their faith. Each of our leaders has had a life-changing encounter with God, and because of that, they have given their time to help teens experience the same thing.

We also believe in helping teens navigate their way through a very challenging time of their lives, as they are discovering who they are, as well as how they fit into this world. To reach this goal, we offer several different programs for young people to join! As our group and programming expand, we will continue to search for ways to build connections as we grow spiritually.

Friday Night Youth

Friday Night Youth is a place where teens can find love, fun, and God. It runs every Friday night from 7:30 to 9:30. We offer a safe place for teens to hang out and form real relationships with leaders who truly care about teens and love God. All students (Grade 6 to 12) are welcome to join us for a night of fun, an opportunity to meet with God, and make friends. Come to the church Friday eveningss to check it out.

Teen Church

Teen Church is held on Sunday mornings from 9:30 to 10:30. We have teaching, group times and discussions. We take this time to encounter God in a way teenagers can relate to. All students (Grade 6 to 12) are welcome to join.

Crosswalk/YEC

Crosswalk and YEC are camps that happen throughout the year. Crosswalk is a week-long camp that happens in July. YEC is a weekend retreat that happens in January. Each of these camps is an opportunity for teens to interact with teens from surrounding states. Each camp is a combination of activity and Bible study.
