WELCOME, WE’RE GLAD YOU’RE HERE!

Dan Szatkowski, Pastor

Cambridgeport Baptist Church (CBC) is a community of believers who are seeking to grow as followers of Jesus, learning to love God and neighbor by the power of the Holy Spirit, and helping others to do the same.

We seek to accomplish this through our Sunday morning gathering, weekday discipleship groups, church and outreach ministries, and personal relationships.

We are located at 459 Putnam Ave., Cambridge in the midst of MIT, Harvard, and BU. We have the privilege of welcoming many new people each year and we would be privileged to have you join us on this journey of growing into mature followers of Christ. While students, young adults, and internationals are an important component of our fellowship, we also have people of all ages including families, many with young children. We are thankful that we have all the generations represented in the church, from the cradle on up!

Having visited our website, we hope you will visit us in person. There are no virtual churches!

Our Sunday service is at 10:45 am followed by refreshments. We celebrate communion the first Sunday of the month and include a time for testimonies.

DAILY BIBLE READING PLAN 2016

Please download my Bible Reading Plan 2016 along with a letter giving some additional insights into the plan.  I hope you will try to follow it.  Discipline of any kind is difficult but worthwhile for the good it produces.  The discipline of daily bible reading is useful for “teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work” (2 Tim 3:16,17).  May the Lord further equip your life for his purposes through his Word in 2015!

Blessings,
P. Dan

BUILDING DISCIPLES CAPITAL CAMPAIGN

God has worked through Cambridgeport Baptist Church to build disciples for over 150 years! From the
docks to the universities, our mission of making disciples has been facilitated by our building and
location. Many have come to us and have then gone out to serve the Lord around the world. The
Building Disciples Capital Campaign will fortify our ministry and our building, empowering our legacy of
discipleship for generations to come.
